How did you originally start playing Slowpitch Softball?
When I got out of college playing baseball, I started playing novice with Sunnyvale Valve & Fitting and played with them all the way to the A division.
What do you enjoy most about playing Slowpitch Softball?
Meeting new people and seeing them weekend and week out…and of course winning rings!!
What have you been doing during the COVID-19 shutdown to stay on top of your game?
I’m doing a lot of walking and some running. I’m also hitting off a tee and doing some hitting on the fields. I hope this ends soon.
What has been your experience so far with USSSA Senior Softball?
I’ve always been a huge USSSA fan. I’m glad they are doing some work with the senior division now!
Anything else about yourself you’d like to share with USSSA Senior Softball?
I won USSSA A Worlds in 1998 with Andy Purcell pitching and some other people from that team playing senior ball now!!
